Beverly Hilton Executive Chef Troy N. Thompson and Executive Patsry Chef Thomas Henzi debut the menu for  the 72nd Golden Globe Awards. The three-course meal menu included a Modern Walford Salad  with Lemon Emulsion Dressing followed by an entree duo of Roasted Onion-Marinated Filet Mignon and Slow-Baked Arctic Char with Potato Croquette, Heirloom Cherries and Tomato Fondue and Black Tuscan Kale.
